i wonder if torags is still good due to all the new armour advancement

I believe it still has the best defense stats in the game, but it's still barrows armor. Sure they have good stats, but they also degrade and are just a money pit imo. Guthans is worthwhile for the healing, veracs for the hitting through prayer, karils for mage armor(aquanites, etc), but those are the only ones worth buying imo. Torags is still "good" for it's stats, but I highly recommend against buying it for training of any sort. It's just my personal preference, everyone has their own, but I don't like having to constantly pay more to repair armor.

It still has the highest defences in the game so yea if you want to tank get it. If u want to train look for equipment that gives strength bonuses such as bandos or the fighter torso.
