TOGRC Has Folded

On behalf of the official Global Runescape clan, I am sad to annouce the Official Global RuneScape clan has folded. The clan is no longer affiliated with Global RuneScape in any way and is now named Wrath of Elegance. We are now no longer the official clan of Global Runescape. This was suggested by many people. Now it happened... Sorry Global Runescape, I am not leaving, but the clan is no longer affiliated with Global RuneScape.

However we hope that members of the clan will still stay around here at Global RuneScape and its forums.

It's obvious this should have happened. The agreement made about the 5 posts a week was never honored. This should have heppened a long time ago.

Not many clans have helpsites. It was unfair what clan was doing to helpsite. They got the benifits of advertising yet very few members contribute.

Quick question: Will there ver be another Global RuneScape clan? I don't think I'll be able to adapt to this properly seeing as since I've been here, there has been a clan. Well I suppose it had to come and I just want to say good luck to the new clan.

I cant say I didnt see this coming. Even though I never joined the clan, and never posted in the forums, I could tell that there was resentment and a lack of unity. It is hard to create an official clan for a RS community.

If the administration is looking at ever bringing back a clan to GRS, I would strongly suggest that instead of having seperate forums, you make a section in the GRS forums instead. This method is highly succesfull in other communities. :)

As far as I know there will NOT be another Official clan of GRS the staff are concentrating more on the site and will be able to make further updates without worrying about a clan. I have discussed this with AV as I was curious and he said there won't be another, Also I think I'm the person here who knows the most besides a few staff members of GRS and WoE (What it is known now).
